hmm todae has been a tirinq dae fer mlle ..had been a first aider help..there is a gal which injure badly..man pity her...hope eu get well soon...wat eva ur name were...meet shakila then odelia then efa then go stadium together...hmm...quite nice la there...saw zaidi runninq...but nvr see shaifq...wahaha...jeffrey became champion wor~!but he nt sturdee...lawl..then went back sk0ol nvr brinq uniform ...traininq where half-u...then the toopid shafiq n shahul go disturb~!walau leh..they go throw the round2 thinq then kana my hand...s lyke i catch it...haizz....saw them with mr singh...sure they do smt wr0nq...i think i noe wat they do norh..then traininq kept lookinq at shafiq and shahul reaction....dotz wahaha..cannot concentreat...then sir faizal sae our foot drilll is horrible in the beqininq...but ok at the end...still need improvment...beatty jia yous =]....haiz....
